Not because you’re broken or flawed, but because you’re tired. Tired from holding it all. Tired of doing all the right things and still wondering:
“Why do I still feel off, even after everything I’ve done to fix it?”
You’ve done the therapy.
You’ve read the books.
You journal. You meditate. You’re self-aware.
You’re the grounded one. The strong one. The one people come to for advice.
But no one sees the part of you that’s quietly holding it all together.
The part that’s white-knuckling your way through the week.
And beneath all of it, there’s a version of you that just wants to breathe again.
To stop managing everything and finally feel like you.

There’s a part of you, likely formed early, that learned it’s safer to:

And even now, those parts are still running the show.
They’re doing their best, but they’re exhausted.
Insight isn’t enough.
No journal prompt will shift what your nervous system still believes is unsafe.
This is the work I do because I’ve lived it.
In my 20s and 30s, I tried everything: therapy, mindset work, personal development.
I could explain my patterns, spot my triggers, hold space for others, but I still didn’t feel safe in my own body.
In 2021, I trained in Internal Family Systems therapy, and everything changed.
I stopped performing peace and started embodying it.
I stopped trying to fix myself and started listening to the parts of me that needed safety.
Then in 2022, a private, medicine-assisted therapeutic journey softened me in a way nothing else had.
Since then, I’ve supported over 100 women through this work across group programs, one-on-one work, medicine-assisted journeys, and transformational workshops. My approach blends IFS, somatic work, and when appropriate, psychedelic assisted therapy.
What happens when you do this work?
You stop spiraling and feel grounded again.
You stop overthinking and trust yourself.
You stop carrying everyone else and return to your own energy.
You stop hiding and start showing up fully expressed.
You stop pushing because you no longer have to.
